Good lager, very cool bottle when bought locally, slight sprout aftertaste almost

Clear yellow body, fat two fingers of eggshell white head, spotted lacing. Paler grass, cracker, and grain in the nose for a hell, but solid bread and malt are there too. Taste is much the same, cracker and bread really emerge to star over the course of the sip. Very smooth considering pale sharp hops and higher carb level.

Not a bad brew from the Swiss. Had the opportunity to check the brewery out in 2011 and what a cool place. Highly recommend stopping in for a taste if you ever find yourself in Interlaken Switzerland!
