One of our favorite beers of the trip! Had it on top of Harder Kulm and again multiple times down below. Somewhat murky golden body with a fat white foam finger. Smells of honeyed malt, cereal grain, flowers, grass, hay, and fresh white bread with toasty earth accenting. Taste is much the same, more honeycomb than honey, malt driven more than the nose with a kiss of caramel in the finish to prove it. Feel is smooth and full, yet stays light on the palate, springy even in the summer, malt led but plenty of gentle yeast and mild hop to accent. The wife loved it
