Even though it is being touted as being available at the brewery only I had this on tap at The Local Taphouse in St Kilda.
A - Poured into a tulip glass an oranged hued dark pink colour with a couple of centimetres of white head that falls away fairly quickly.
S - Raspberry jam aroma hits first followed by some slight tartiness.
T - Raspberry also in the taste obviously with some wheat character.
M - Light to medium bodied, smooth creamy mouthfeel. Medium carbonation.
D - More wheat based fruit beer than true Belgian lambic I find. Still a decent beer that I'd recommend trying.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
