The George, is an imposing, large building on the main road through Eccleshall, by a roundabout.
The brewery is round the back, on the carpark.
The pub restuarant is a coffee bar by day and in the evening it reverts back to being a very good eating place. Racks of local Lamb and big steaks (for the UK) are the typical fare.
The main bar is a Real Ale drinkers dream, normally at least five of ther own beers on draught, along with all the usual keg lager for the kids.
Well used by the local population and frequented by beerhunters like us too. Slaters beers all have the same tang to them, most people like it, some not, why not find out which side your tastebuds fall.
