Pours a deep copper color with solid layer of white foam.
Aroma is pure Centennial hops with a hint of grapefruit and lots of caramel sweetness.
Flavors of caramel dominant with a nice layered bittering that just cuts the sweetness to provide excellent balance.
Mouthfeel is smooth and weel carbonated, really a great sessionable brew.
Drinkability is very high, great beer and excellent addition to the Michigan brewing scene.
