Poured anamber and copper color with a 2-finger head and lots of scattered lace.
Aroma was a potpurri of classic hop resins and oil with a hint of rich caramel in the back ground.
Flavor was a solid mixture of strong hop bittering with some caramel malt to cut the aggressiveness bittering. Really earthy hop notes and a little bit of bread added.
Mouthfeel was a tad thinner than the aroma and flavor profile would indicate. Little bit too unbalanced but not bad. Not quite as chewy or thick as I would expect.
Drinkability was very solid. Nice one off brew from a place that continues to impress. Little more malt and would have been exceptional.
