On tap at The Livery.
Pours a hazy light golden color with a medium head and no real lacing. The nose has a very light touch of floral and citrus hops with some plain malt in the background. The flavor is quite muted with some very faint floral hops and a bit of bready malt. Feel is light without any crispness. Also, no bitterness present anywhere. Odd. Not sure what they were going for with this one.

We had this on the "hand pull" at the brewery, and the result is a bit disappointing - more flat and warm than I'd prefer. The balance of flavors is nice, and the result is clean, but I'm not convinced of the "hoppy" moniker. The finish is clean, too, and I'm sure it would be more drinkable with a bit more fizz.

On tap at the brewpub.
Pours a hazy gold with a 1/2 finger of creamy brite-white head that retains nicely into a thin layer that leaves big, sticky lacing behind. The aroma is hoppy phenols, slightly astringent citrus notes, and some different smelling earthy tones.
The taste is a splash of citrus and mellow earthy bitterness that is balanced out by a smooth, caramel sweetness. The mouthfeel has a light medium body with a smooth, easygoing feel.
The earthy hop bitterness of this is quite interesting but once I got used to it, this became quite the tasty and easy drinking IPA on cask.

Pours an almost clear amber/copper/ Nose is nice with a perfumed floral hop character. Noticeable citrus. Flavor is citrusy sweet. Lots of fruit in there. It's good, but different. Definitely not your normal hop-tastic IPA. Feel is slick on liquid with a slight carbonation. Very interesting. A unique IPA worth trying.
