The Livery

In a mug at the taproom; half a finger of head dissipating to a ring of tan foam. Minimal lacing. Smell of smoke, charcoal, caramel. Toasted malt taste, light hops; more of the bitter hops in the aftertaste. Fine carbonation gives a light mouthfeel. A robust beer for a cool time of year.
