Had this abomination on tap at Dexter's prior to the Jayhawks show.
The best thing I can say about this "IPA" is that it was left unfinished.
Smells of rosemary, meat casings, and yeast.
Tastes of Bovine University.
Overall, this was simply gross. When I casually placed this back on the bar after nary a quarter of the glass, it sat and mocked me for its purchase. I'm not sure if this beer should taste like yeasty salted beef, but damn if it didn't.

Michigan brew tour again
A:Poured a red amber color with decent head that quickly resisdes
S:Nothing much happeing..Some floral hops with some toffee malt in there, also got the wiff of some yeast as well
T:Just as the smell detects disappointment, cmall malt and hops mix together and of course the yeast again
M:Medium body with allright carbonation
D:Should be classified as a triple hybrid or something because thats what I got from it

Had at the brewpub.
A- Pours a coppery red color. One finger light off white head shows medium retention. Sheeted lacing on the sides of the glass when I drank it down.
S- This is a floral hop forward beer in terms of aroma. A light toffee smell toward the middle. Some lighter citrus (mango and grapefruit) hops in the background.
T- Nice bitter piney hop bite from the get go. Light pepper notes come into play with a light nutty flavor as well. Some toffee notes come into play with a citrusy hop ending.
M- Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation was alright for the style. Piney hops left on the palate with some light toffee and citrus hops in the aftertaste. Very drying for some reason on the palate. Flavors were blended well for the most part.
D- This was a stand out IPA that The Livery is getting to be know more and more for. I would suggest this hidden gem and you might be shocked yourself.
