The Livery’s somewhat regular Friday afternoon one-off; this time their flagship McGilligans with pummelo, pineapple and lime. Pours a hazy brown with quickly dissipating head. Smells to a stuffed-up head of faint hops. Taste of tropical fruits, hops on the aftertaste. Mouthfeel slightly drying. An interesting mug for Friday evening while I wait for my food.
