Very deep dark garnet pour with a thin, short-lived, loose, pink head. The aroma is intense, pungent and spicy with a big, lush, vinous raspberry note, lots of acetic lacto with a floral brett note and deeply oaky. The flavor is dominated by strong, tart, freshly pureed raspberrys, heavy oak, and long lingering notes of farmhouse funk, pepper, and powerful acetic sourness. The body is very dry, with moderate carbonation and a medium mouthfeel.
