Golden-yellow, clear, fine effervescence poured into a mug at the brewpub. A pinky-finger of whitish head, dissipating to a fine lacing. Sweetish scent of hops, citrus. Flavor tart grapefruit, Citra hops. Tartness in the aftertaste (after all this is a brut…). Easy drinker, when it was made the mold was broken….
