Pours a dark brown with the edges lightening. The head is tan with some loose large bubbles. The nose is extremely toasty with a fair bit of malt sweetness. The roastiness and astringent malt dominates the flavor with a touch of sweetness. The brown malts add the depth of flavor but it still stands in shallow water. The body is medium to thin but the carb is well done carb and the finish is clean
