Thanks Keith for sharing this one!
Odd aromas of rhubarb, balsamic, celery an perfume. Orange reddish brown, good clarity. A string of bubbles on the surface clinging to the edges.
Tart, savory, bitter, woody, celery, odd floral perfume note, distinct but hard to pin down. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Slippery feel. Odd but interesting, better than Umae Umami.

Bottle poured into a snifter.
A: Dark red/brown color with white-ish head that recedes immediately.
S: Vinegar, chocolate and oak. Some tart fruit.
T: Light, tart fruit, oakiness, wine, cherry. There's a peppery flavor in there that I can't quite place. A lingering chocolate aftertaste. Interesting.
M: Light body with medium sourness and a sweet, chocolatey finish.
O: This beer was worth a try, not the best or most complex sour I've had but I really enjoyed it.
