An interesting and enjoyable beer from red duck - good stuff!
aroma: funky, off fruit, cheese with a light sweetness and sherbet in the background.
taste: cheesy and mineral with light fruit and funk, along with spice and a light sweetness and malt background. Gets sweeter as it opens/warms up.
Very nice take on a Lambic beer with red ducks own touch on the style. Love the experimentation from this brewery.
