A blonde ale that is lightly hopped and carbonated. Ringwood takes its name from our 125 year old strain of yeast.

I had this beer at the brewpub in Halifax from draft. This beer is also brewed in Toronto at the Granite Brewery.

Color was old gold, yellow with medium carbonation and smooth head.
Smell was caramellic and fruity, like a typical English beer.
Taste caramellic and dry with fruitiness. The bitterness is a little sharp and the aftertaste is clean. Although this description sound a little dull, it is a good beer, and a very nice alternative for when you get bored with the best bitter.

I would gather this beer under the English Pale Ale, for it's color and taste.
