Red pinkish color with a decent head with good retention.
Faint aroma with notes of red fruits.
Very sweet flavor with predominant notes of currants, cherries and candy. Hops are virtually absent.
Full body with low carbonation.
Overly sweet red ale that lacks balance given low attenuation and no hops to counter balance it.

I just drink a red cosaco beer, im shure this brewery is working, you can see the web page, i found cosaco in many places one beer store and two bars....
The mouthfeel is weird but good, the color is maybe like a fruit juice.... Cosaco roja is an excellent beer.

IT is red indeed, no apparently red, it looks like a strawberry concentrate. The taste is bitter but a little weird, maybe it is the psycholigy. THe foam is thick and stays for all the time. The guys from this brewery seem to have problems selling their stuff, maybe due to the lack of interest of MExicans.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
