Poured a medium straw hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was good retention and decent retention.
The smell featured a soft grainy malt and a solid noble hop.
The taste was clean and balanced. A soft grain and a drying mildly spicy hop.
Thermouthfeel was clean and smooth with a slight creaminess. The label indicates that the beer was cold filtered.
Overall a nice and suprising lager. Certainly better than other Chinese beers I have had. The label also indicates that this is the official beer for Chinese state banquets.
