I enjoyed a bottle of this, poured into a mug, in Barcelona Spain. I mean, I really enjoyed this. At 6.2% it has a higher alcohol percentage than most of the other San Miguel Lager's.
The beer poured a nice amber-yellow, with a firm white head which itself had a nice hops-malt taste and nose.
The taste was nicely malted with a good but not overwhelming (relatively speaking) hops presence. It was great when fully chilled, and when we had to leave the sidewalk cafe' prematurely, I carried the bottle with the remaining third-bottle in my side-pack, in very nice summer-esque weather. I consumed the rest, at least half an hour later or more, and although the beer was warm, it still had a great although different and enjoyable flavor to it.
If you like the better US premium lager's, you most likely would like this beer, even better.
