From the half liter bottle, it pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a modest just off-white head that slowly reduces and definitely leaves lacing. The nose gets some fruity scents, slightly malty. The taste is relatively pleasant, with some spicy aspects, but overall lightly caramel and malt.
