SchillingBridge Winery & Microbrewery

This is offered for the Lincoln Nebraska location, they have a nice little selection of beer styles to fit your mood and have so Seasonal selections to change things up. The food really is the star as they take some chances and it turns out very good, the beer and wine go great with the food and I’ve never been disappointed. That being said the craft beer here is pretty simple but satisfying with a good meal, I enjoy a craft beer place with good food so there’s something for everyone...I’ve got to add that a while back I had a Jalapeño Ale here that was very good and surprised me at how well it was balanced it was!

Stopped in here on a cross-country drive. Wasn't looking to be wowed by anything so much as have a decent beer and some good food.

I liked the food much more than the beers, which I didn't even bother getting full pours of. Very generic and homebreweresque in terms of their quality, flavor and feel. This was a blessing in disguise though as I was able to gobble up my food, pay the check and get back on the road.

I went in here pretty blindly based on a hasty Yelp search, so I think I could have done better for beer. As far as the food, it was on point.
