Aroma us hugely promising but doesn't quite deliver. Very smooth and drinkable lager

From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear golden color with a very nice large white long lasting head. Lacing. The nose gets a grainy scent, followed by the mouth getting very light smooth easy drinking malt flavor - there is little that makes this brew stand out.

Poured from a 500mL bottle into a standard shaker glass. Pours a straw gold with some chill haze to it and a two-finger slightly off-white foam head. Kind of skunky on the nose and taste. Fairly clean with a medium-dull mouthfeel. A little earthy on the finish. Not bad but a little lacking on the flavor. Especially based on the nose. Would have expected a little more bite.

Appearance and aroma are decent enough, though misleading. Flavor is some sort of odd sweet with a little bitter and carbonic tang, plus an unpleasant sweet finish. Body is soft. This is definitely a beer better consumed COLD.

Pours deep golden clear beer with nice off-white head, good retention. Smell is thin, straw and malt. Taste is rather sweet, grain, evident lack of hops, significant presence of cardboard, medium body, good carbonation. Poor for grand and too negligent for select.
