Appearance: Light brown Amber -Diminishing head.
Aroma: Sweet malt, toffee candy noted.
Taste: Sweet upfront flavor. A bit of sourness is present. The slight sour tang is followed by a hint of smokyness. The hop flavor is very light, the aftertaste is smooth, leaving traces of smoke on the tongue.
Notes: Good beer, a bit high in alcohol for this to be used as a session beer, but the strength is well hidden. The mouthfeel is pleasant. The sourness doesn't seem too overpowering, but I'm not sure that it isn't a flaw in the beer.
