A - Served a slightly hazy golden-orange color with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head faded down fairly quickly leaving behind some lacing in the process.
S - Aroma is a great blend of sour and tart cherries and some grape. There is also just a bit of funkiness and brett character in it as well. This beer smells fantastic.
T - Starts off with a great kick of sour and tart flavors that are strong but not overpowering. There is also some nice cherry and earthy grape flavor. Through the middle, there is some wheat flavor as well as some funkiness, oak, and brett character that comes through. The finish is a mix of sour and tart with just a bit of funk and brett lingering nicely.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very smooth with a nice dry and tart mouthfeel.
D - Very drinkable. The sour and tart levels were perfect in this beer. I really liked how they balanced with the funk and lingered on the tongue without taking over too much.
