Nice golden yellow in color when poured in a pint glass with a fair amount of lace. The smell of spice was evident in the aroma. The taste of spices, with a slight sweetness, but a touch of bitterness to balance the flavor. I'd buy it again!

Mildly chill hazed clear light amber colored ale. head is small and white.
Scent is toasted grain and coriander with spicy and slightly musty aroma. Aromas of a dusty barn and spring flowers. Honeysuckle and pollen aroma with slightly over ripe plum aroma. Absolutely nailed the style on scent.
Starts out fairly dry for the style, distinct flavor of biscuit with a little sweetness. Flavor of yeast and coriander with a yeasty floral flavor, bee pollen. Mild bitterness and musty spice flavors.
Mouthfeel is good. Carbonation is on the low side for the beer style.
Overall a good representation of the style. On the dry and less carbonated side of the beer style.
