A nice version of a tough style to make by Mike at Milly's. On tap, in a 16oz shaker glass.
Poured a clear, medium copper color, with sporadic carbonation rising within. Head was whitish and thin, yet with superb stick. Nose was mild, with light toasty malt aspects and hop hints. Body was just about medium; perhaps coud be a bit fuller. Still smooth over the tongue, though.
Light toasty malt, with crisp, bittering hops. Malts seemed a bit crystally with caramel flavors, but that could be just me. Hops were dominant, a tad floral, and stuck well in the throat. A little more malt would be nice, yet the hop lingering was quite pleasant.
Prosit!!
