Had this at the Belgian Beer Festival. Notes say brewed with over 100 pounds of New Hampshire wildflower honeyplus 'generous' amounts of Belgian Biscuit and Aromatic malts. Poured out a golden brown color with a big 'chunky' off white head. Lots of spice in the nose, plus that strong mustard like honey smell, somewhere between a saison and a mead. Taste is the same as nose, but a little more spice and less sweetness. Had a great creamy mouthfeel, but with a crisp finish.
