Lightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized frothy white head that slowly recedes. Bready crackery light honey maltiness with hints of lemon and earthy spice to counter.

Had on tap. Cloudy yellow body with a white collar and lacing. Pretty classic hefeweizen in both smell and taste: wheat, lemon zest, clove, banana, bubble gum and slight citrus. Good snap to the wheat, but the middle is a little watery.
