Had on tap. Clear golden brown with a thin white cap. Honey, grains, malts and cereal in the nose. Taste is much the same, thought warmer in complexion. Body is drier and thinner but still within the parameters of the style, goes down very easily.

I stopped into Milly's yesterday for lunch with daughter Caitlin. Saw this new Vienna Lager offered, so wtf... Gots me a pint...
It was a clear, deep, dark chestnut colored brew. Had scant carbo, with a thin, wispy, tan head and some stick in the glass. Nose was exceedingly restrained, with some mild caramel notes poking out. Body was thinner than medium, though it was still fairly smooth on the tongue.
Flavor leads off with more light caramel characteristics, and a touch of sweetness. The bier is crisp and dry thoughout. Some floral hops make their way through at the finish, though they are not overpowering at all, merely equal partners in crime with the malts. A decent Vienna, good for 1 pint, maybe two...
Prosit!!
