This beer is great if you are looking to drink a lot of light flavorful beer without feeling like your stomach is going to explode from being to full. Very good

Tap at the source.
Brightly clear deep golden color with a small quickly dissipating bubbly white head. Nice bready pilsner with some spicy and floral hop. Light earth light astringency, somewhat mediocre.

Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a light, bright, crystal clear yellow-gold coloring with a thin, white, light head. Looks more like a blonde than a cream. Aromas of buttercream and slightly roasted nut sweetness. Flavors are roasted oats, with only a subtle touch of sweetness in the backbone. Again, lends itself to more of blonde characteristics. The aftertaste is grainy and short-lived on a sharp, light body. Sharp, effervescent finish.

On tap at Milly's on September 20, 2009. The people in the Greater Manchester Area know what Uncanoonuc translates into. It might get deleted if I tell you. Humor aside, this pours yellow and clear with an off-white thin head. The aroma does not come off very strong. Actually it is quite weak and what I get is a mixture of malts and hops. The mouthfeel has a honey-like texture and runs about medium. The taste has a smattering of malts, grains, rice, and something fruity like pears or bananas.

This beer was clear and golden with nice white foam. The smell was malty but very mild. The taste was a nice balance of sweet malt and some hops. Overall a rather mild flavor, but it worked nicely for this cream ale. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy with good carbonation. The body was fairly light. This was a very drinkable beer, and I was told it was one of their most popular.
