Pours a cloudy, light yellow with a simple aroma of wheat, as expected. Some sediment floating throughout as well as in the bottom of the bottle. Has a sharp, bitter, slightly wheat taste to it, finishes on the acidic side. Pretty much a one-sided wheat brew, as previously stated, named after the Sioux Falls Canaries baseball team, this is a hit at their ballgames as it should be, a great baseball brew!

Toted as the official beer of the local baseball team, this lightly hopped, medium bodied creamy wheat beer is not too bad. The usual fruity esters are not as present in this brew in noticeable quantities. I was expecting more.
