On draught at Square One.
Clear gold, nice head which fades quickly. Tart citrus aroma carries to the taste, crisp, clean, not much malt or hops, but true to style. As in Berlin, they provide fruit syrup (strawberry, raspberry, and tropical).
A pleasant summer brew.

Pours a clear, gold color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight lemon, and a hint of wheat. Fits the style of a Berliner Weiss. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a slight dryness. Tastes of strong pale malt, slight lemon, hint of hop, slight sweet malt, and a hint of yeast. Overall, decent appearance, aroma, blend, but weak body.
