Poured from tap into pint glass leaving a thin head that faded fairly quickly over a nice copper, gold.
The nose was quite floral with notes of hops and a bit of yeast in the background. Taste was of the same with a mild tang of citrus, overall floral again and near to some of the craft-style Belgians out there with a good mouthfeel and quite drinkable.
I had this a part of a flight initially then ordered a pint to sample further on a cold April evening...can't wait to have this out on the patio when the weather is quite a bit warmer!

The anniversary ale is a rotating release, something different every year. For the 3rd year, it's a Belgium wit.
Poured the classic amber orange in the pint shaker, thin white head that died quickly.
Nice aroma and taste of the famous orange and citrus, with a sturdy dose of Belgium yeast tossed in the mix. This version is a bit different, and they really increase the hops, and it works well as the balance shifts towards the hop side on the finish. Even a bit of sour funk swirling about.
Very nice and refreshing brew - this will go over well this year, especially once the weather warms.

Stopped in at the brewpub for a pint. Was offered a sample taste before having a full pint. The bartender explained that for the one year anniversary, this special brew was made with a combination of all the malts and hops they have used over the year. At first I thought it would be a muddled mess, but after a few sips I was found to be wrong. Dark mahogany color, clear liquid with a slightly off white head. Foam did shrink away to a thin ring. Lots of aroma, with some sweetness, and roasted smokiness. A well rounded and balanced beer. Full flavored with a mix of malts, sweet up front, toasted malts, and a nice hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant suprise.
