A - Copper and cloudy with a two finger khaki head that sticks around for a while.
S - Yeasty, fresh, and really fruity. Big time summer fruits combined with bakery fresh bread. Like sliced apricots on top of a fresh slice of warm bread.
T - Again, very fruity and summery with some white bread toast. This was on their seasonal list in January, but it seems much more like a springtime beer to me.
M - Medium bodied and firm. Quite a lot of carbonation, and that suits the flavors perfectly. The finish is hoppy and off-dry.
D - Could be a good candidate for a session brew at Square One. It was hovering around freezing the morning I was there, but I could picture drinking this in their beer garden in warmer months.
