Lemme just say that I was really impressed with ALL the beers at Square One - well done gents !!
This new one came to me in the pint glass a clear, and perfect mahogany brown. Decent ivory head, and decent sheet lace.
But let's get to the beer - the aroma was a very nice light wood chips in the fire, that easy smoke that drifts towards you as one sits and stares at the fire. Quaff was a very impressive light smoked peat with a sturdy malt backbone. A taste of hanging ham finished this nice beer off - leaving me wanting more.
Very easy drinking - a beer newbie could go for this, a craft man should tip his cap, like I did.
