Growler shared by WeeHeavySD, thanks Jon! The beer pours ruby tinged brown with no head, it appears to be flat. The flavor is booze macerated plums, dates, figs, and light alcohol notes. A nice bouquet.
The flavor is very sweet, with a big dark fruit profile including dates, plums, figs, and prunes. Booze is tame for a Quad. The mouthfeel is smooth and there's no carbonation.

Pours a slightly hazy, amber/red color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of alcohol, sweet malt, yeast, hops, and spice (all spice?). Fits the style of a Quadruple. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of alcohol, sweet malt, hops, yeast, spice, and slight roasted malt. Overall, a good blend, body, and aroma. The spiciness is a little unusual in my experience, but still rather good.
