Poured via handpump... not necessarily cask-conditioned. Hazy, amber-orange body with orange highlights. The white head drops fairly shortly but leaves some decent spots and splashes of lace behind. The nose is fairly limited, but the flavor is full, offering the typical buttery characteristic of Ringwood yeast with additional notes of pear and apricot within a lightly caramelish malt base. The bitterness is mild, and it's somewhat sweetish, but flavors of grassy and leafy hops help to balance it out. Quite authentic! An excellent session ale!
