The Ship Inn- Chocolate Stout
A- Deep flat brown almost black with a small solid filmy head. Small rings of lacing around the glass.
S- Chocolate malt with a touch of smokey moss.
T- Smooth belgian chocolate, touch of vanilla, slight mossy hops, and dry lightly roasted coffee beans.
M- Very soft/ creamy smooth with a slight chalky dry bitter touch in the end.
Overall- Tasty and easily sessionable. A touch light but good so its not overpowering and never sickingly sweet.
