Tried on tap at the Australian Beer Festival in The Rocks.
Nice pale yellow clear body, with a good firm white head. Nice fine lacing. This is a good looking pils.
Nose has quite prominent hops, imparting a tropical fruit/passionfruit/aniseed character. Very clean though and juicy. Nice.
Taste is strongly hoppy, with a very fresh clean, true pils bitterness. Damn that's flavoursome. The mouthfeel's also great, with enough aeration to give it a kick along, but clean and fresh too. Very decent.
This is a really good pils with a lot of character. And it stays clean and drinkable too, despite the above average ABV. Great beer.
