A little on the weak side in flavor and aroma for this helles. Color is very pale, head is thin, flavor is decent but not robust. Mouth feel is right, but taste dies in the mouth, leaving nothing to remember this beer by.

 

Stubborn off-white head finally faded to a thin film leaving a short sheet of lace. Glowing, transparent, golden beer holds a handful of streams of tiny bubble. Lightly sweet malt in the aroma mixed with sharp herbal hops. Mildly pungent herbal hops of front ride on a mildly sweet pale malt base. Hop tea flavor picks up towards the finish along with a bitter nibble. Mouthfeel is a bit watery and finishes with a dose of fine carbonation.
