64 oz growler from the brewery.
Pours out light amber and sits golden amber in the glass with a small white head that fades fast, leaving little skim.
Smells sweet and malty with notes of caramel, maple syrup and nuts. Light fruity charcter: raspberries, nectarines and peaches. Interesting.
Taste is malt sweetness, caramel and maple. Bittering with nuttiness paired up. Sweet cream and powdery chocolate flavors. Bitter finish, quite sharp at that. Lingering sweetness long after swallowing.
Medium body, clean and smooth with medium carbonation. Well bittered keeping the mouth dry and thirsty.
Easy to drink, wonderful flavors. Growler is well suited for this beer.
