Sampled in a taster flite at the brewpub. The pour comes out a nice medium bright red, this is capped off by a pinkish-off-white head, small in size. Low carbonation level. Yeast dominates the malt in this and most Calumet beers tasted on this visit. Slightly sweet malt flavor gives way to the yeasty notes. A grassy malty finish set up a short finish with a crisp aftertaste.
