Bottle 0.75 L.
Hazy brown body with a small, frothy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with virtually no lacing.
Moderate malty aroma with an evident smokey character; faint hoppy notes are also present.
Moderate sweetness in the flavour with the smokey character that becomes more evident in the finish.
Light-to-medium body with a watery texture; flat carbonation.

Amber red color, clean. Beige head, abundant, sticking, and quite compact.
In the smell smoked, from wood and smoked cheese. Dry chestnut notes.
The taste is a good smoked, smoked cheese (scamorza), and burned wood. Smoked bacon, also, especially in the aftertaste.
It is a different smokedfrom the classic Bamberg rauchbier, but it is good and peculiar (a italian way to the smoked?).
Light in body, well drinkable.
Smoked in the aftertaste, again, but not exaggerated or overbearing. With a good malt structure to sustain it.
Definitely, a pleasant beer.
