500 ml bottle, from a supermarket in Rhodos. ABV is 5%. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of banana and cloves. Refreshing flavour, not too sweet, banana and cloves again.

Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- On the straw side of golden, slightly hazy with a 2mm white head. ps 10mins later, holds very well.
S- Spicy weizen notes incl coriander, plus a hint of banana.
T- The above^ are prominent but too much CO2 coming with it which makes it 'carbonic' ie that watery dry/harsh edge soda-water has.
F- It has the spices + banana, then it has dryness + CO2, but it has little malt betwixt the two. That leaves it feeling thin.
O- I suspect what is going on here might be... it's Greek, it's a Weizen, perhaps pitched at the tourist market. ...It's hot out, they want refreshing before they want any notable malty presence. Hence, a bright taste, light in malt and high in CO2. Maybe suited for the beach, more-so than a northern EU city in spring-time! Not one I'd buy again. It really lays down the spice+banana notes though, clear as a bell.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed!
500ml bottle BB: 08/2021 £2.16 Bought from BeersOfEurope/King's Lynn as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

I tried this beer in the city of Athens whilst vacationing in Greece. It poured a hazy golden with white head that did not leave any lace. The scent had subtle banana and clove notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt presence and a slight spice finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Looks nice, like a legit hefeweizen. Aroma is also there, with the specific banana and clove. But there is also something that throws it off. Can't really put my finger on what it is though. Overall drinkable but nothing to really to look out for.
