June 2017: 330 ml bottle, bought in Rhodos. ABV is 6%. Mahogany colour, small beige head. Malty aroma with notes of caramel and brown bread. Malty flavour too, slightly sweet, with notes of caramel and brown bread again. Minimal hops. Drinkable, but far from exceptional.

330 ml can (6% ABV - brewed in Greece?) with a 9-2016 (1.3 years from now) purchased and consumed in Rodes, GR.
Pours with a nice dark mahogany body and a decent head that does not exhibit great retention but does give an enduring ring and leaves some splotchy lacing.
Faint, malty aroma with much stronger flavor, although the strength is still moderate.
Clean and with well hidden alcohol for style.
O: recommended.

Different from the one in the Netherlands, as are all these Greek Amstel beers. Different abv, also.
Brown-ruby pour, small white head fast to a sticky lace.
Smell of nuts and raisin, a bit bigger dark chocolate, faint tobacco and coffee.
Taste starts with a modest mix of chocolate and nut peel, a bit of raisin. It mostly follows the nose, but it isn't as intense. Bit of light coffee, dark bread, light hops with a bit of roast too.
Light to medium body, rather fizzy.
No disrespect here, it's decent, but a bit too simple.
