Copenhagen 11/9 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Rødovre Centrum, Rødovre. Green version of Skands 20km series which focuses on a production beer close to the place where it is guzzled.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick blanket of foam totally obscuring the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense and dampened by the massive amount of foam. Odor of sweet, pale malts mingling with a bit of citrus fruit. Bread and cardboard. Lemon and citrus.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling, fizzy texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a tad watery. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a citric undertone.Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit on the fizzy and generic side.
