Skands Forårsbryg is a fresh and full-bodied harbinger of spring, brewed especially for cozy spring gatherings.
A hoppy amber-golden ale, rich in malt with notes of caramel and American hops.
The hops give a fresh scent of citrus and elderflower.

Copenhagen 4/5 2019. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. Skands usual label design in light green and with a spring flower.
Pours clear amber with medium-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweetish with a light roastiness. Caramel, roasted malts, fresh grass. Light sour and metallic notes.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tang of caramel. Lingers shortly.
Sweetish take on a Red Ale. Decent - not overly exciting.
