CPH ALL NIGHT is an organically brewed alcohol-free Pale Ale designed to deliver full flavour with minimal alcohol. The beer offers a fresh, fruit-forward aroma and a balanced hop character, providing the sensory experience of a handcrafted specialty beer without the high alcohol content.
Careful brewing and fermentation techniques preserve aroma, mouthfeel and flavour complexity, resulting in a crisp, refreshing beer that remains true to the Pale Ale style. Light-bodied and highly drinkable, it is well suited for daytime enjoyment, lunches or warm summer days.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, barley malt*, wheat malt*, hops* and yeast.
(*Organic)

Asserbo 4/8 2018. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Silver version of Skands' usual design.
Pours clear pale yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Disappears pretty fast leaving meagre remnants of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is heavy sweet and medium intense. Sweet malts, grains, slightly artificial feel.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery and nearly flat texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with light bitterness. Fairly Short.
Mediocre low alcohol beer. I get the feeling that they try to synthesize a normal beer and ends up producing an excuse for a “Real beer”.
