Copenhagen 7/3 2015. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. NV. Green version of Gourmetbryggeriet's usual brand design with Daffodils.
Pours clear golden brown with a fine white foamy head. Stable. Subsides slowly. Substantial lacing.
Aroma of ripe fruit and a little alcohol. A little sharp.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is surprisingly watery. Some caramel and sweetness. Only very subdued bitterness.
Ok Easter Beer.

Enjoyed this Påskebryg out of 66cl bottle while on Easter break in Denmark.
Pours a nice amber color with a white beige head that foams up big and then settles away pretty quick.
Malty aroma with some detection of sweetness, but nothing really overwhelming.
Mostly sweet and maltiness as it goes down-decent mouthfeel and carbonation but nothing full really. Finishes a bit dry and sticky caramely.
This is a decent Påskebryg and better than the Tuborg basic types. I could drink more than one of these in a session, but I'd prefer to check out the other Påskebryg on offer now instead.
