Appearance: light copper, good clarity, thinnish tan foam that dissipates to a thin cap with lace on the glass
Aroma: cinnamon, caramel malt, honey, raw walnuts
Flavor: biscuity malt profile, molasses, grassy hop flavor; distant hint of mold; honey sweetness; finishes semisweet with a burnt caramel aftertaste
Mouthfeel: medium-full body, pert carbonation, soft texture
Other comments: The label states that this is inspired by British strong ales, but this is more in line with an American high-octane beer. More flavorful.
